    I found this Neiman Marcus 100% straw hat at a Paca (second hand thrift shop) in Panajachel, Guatemala for Q20 ($2.50). These Paca stores tend to be filled with junky old clothes, shoes, belts, ties, anything you can think of - but sometimes hidden treasures can be found. Typically it is all the clothes that you donated from the States to people in need and then somehow ended up in the hands of these retail shops. I think its better that these donated clothes now represent a business instead of just being handouts but there was definitely some corruption involved somewhere in the process.
